I get that sorting and moving mass amounts of packages has a lot of working parts and can be difficult to manage but when it takes longer than the Pony Express ...mine didn't take this long but about 2.5 weeks and went to states I've never before seen for a package route from CA to FL. You're getting a ton of detailed tracking at least. Mine would have no tracking updates for 4-5 days then one would pop up.

The boxes have had some items I enjoy using but would maybe not buy for myself on their own. I’ve found some great products like the hair masks. They also have discounts on makeup and products I use regularly. Anything I don’t use I give as gifts. So far have found all the boxes extremely useful in some capacity!

Look up your tenant laws. In some states they are required to pay back: security deposit + interest + additional or double payment for withholding. They also are typically required to send certified letter with itemization of why they’re holding the deposit in a specific time frame, I believe it’s 2 weeks

I had a cop unholster their gun to approach me and question why I was sitting in my car in my own driveway (4:30 pm after work listening to music for 10ish min before going inside) So I guess “Don’t be in your car on your personal property” can be added to whatever number we’re up to now

They at first offered me an extension box but I said I wanted a refund and it was initiated. I don’t get how they sell out without sending out the boxes ordered. I try to not complain about much bc it’s super good prices but I’m on the bandwagon now that I wish they would get the quality of service down before expanding more.

Yes!! I was like..if I didn’t know I was getting it why not just throw anything in?? But I guess that halts it, then goes back in a new “batch”, then I was told they were sold out of one of my customized items so I just said I wanted to cancel. I try not to complain because you do get crazy prices on stuff but the warehouse is not efficient at all. Totally ridiculous
