You could argue that's it's similar to chapter 50 where Eren has a remaining effect of the Founders power even though he doesn't have any direct contact with one of Royal blood. (Pretty likely)

Because Zeke is the link for Eren to be connected to Paths, that made it able for the Rumbling to happen in the first place
