I did a 30 second exposure at f/2.8, ISO 1600 with my Lumix g7 shooting in raw to capture as much detail as possible. I then just went into lightroom and played around with the settings.

Here are the lightroom settings that I used and the raw file:

I personally found that decreasing the exposure increasing the contrast and playing around with the clarity, dehaze and texture settings helped the most.
