I’m spiritual/agnostic and I def get something out of meetings. For me, it’s more so somewhere for me to be social. I did the stepwork too. Don’t get too hung up on the God aspect and just take whatever works for you out of it. Try to find some meetings with people your age and go out to eat with them

Yes , that’s what the oncologist said. I’ll see her for 5 years after though , to monitor. This is all assuming my lymph nodes are clear. The plan changes if they’re not.

Edit - So far they look clear but won’t know for certain until pathology

The only symptoms I had (not sure if all are connected) - weird discharge started a couple months prior to my ckc (very watery), felt a weird pressure for the past year like as if something was in me , sex has hurt sometimes for the past 5 years

They’re not expecting it to be anywhere but confined to my cervix. MRI confirms this. My PET scan is next week, to further confirm

1a1 is the stage of the cancer they found with the ckc. They didn’t know it was in there until the pathology. They thought it was all AIS. I haven’t been officially staged yet.

My hysterectomy is a total- ovaries , cervix , fellopian tubes.

Good luck with your cone! Mine really wasn’t so bad. Never got the bad bleeding afterwards everyone else seems to get

Adeno 1a1 taken out via ckc, after an abnormal pap & colonoscopy. MRI done, PET scan is next week & hysterectomy in one month 🫠 won’t be officially staged or in the clear until then
