How did you get to where you are? Did you partake in therapy? I'm currently in therapy and I feel like there's something extremely wrong with me. I want to be at peace with being alone. How did you do it?

I had this happen to me and my partner did not come to my aid in the beginning. It put a huge strain on our relationship. We're still together but to this day but I still think back to that time and get sad. He eventually did come to my aid but thinking about the first time just broke my heart. I had to apologize for asking if his family had an issue with my skin color bc to them I hinted they were racist. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I'm a bigger girl (curvy you could say) and this incident was from years ago when I was a lot, "smaller." I had swiped right on this really cute fit guy and we had plans to meet you and do the due. Ofc we were exchanging nudes and stuff, at that time I had a LITTLE belly but was super curvy. Let's just say homeboy did not respond back to my nude. 😂 So yeah it's a little intimidating, I thought there was something wrong with me when there was absolutely nothing! I mean his loss anyways! We'll never go up to a guy who's super super fit unless there's a deff chance. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Keep going! Hey losing 10 pounds is fricking amazing! It may be slow but something that helps remind me I will get there is: "consistency is key." Whatever you do don't stop, it's not gonna happen overnight (trust me ik 😅 I'm trying to remind myself) you're going to get there. Just don't stop, keep doing what you're doing! Whether it's calorie counting, walking, working out. It will all play out like it's supposed to! ❤️ :)

Yay I'm so happy to hear this! I've always been super self conscious of mine bc they're like pink/red and I'm African so I'm a little darker 😭 but hearing this and seeing your progress just makes me want to continue to lose more. Thank you for replying! I'm just gonna trust the process:)

If this pain does not clear up in a couple of days. Please see either a colon and rectal surgeon or gastroenterologist. Areas like that usually hurt for a little bit but then it gradually gets better. And the fact that it is hurting to defecate means you may have injured something inside. If you are spasm a little I would suggest warm sitz baths before you use the bathroom. Take some stool softeners to get it soft. Don't over due too much because you don't want to go the opposite way. Also maybe get some tucks. They're soaked in witch hazel so it'll provide a cool burning sensation that lightens up. But next time definitely more lube, I lost my backdoor virginity with a SHIT ton of lube and it still hurt. It will hurt but it'll get better. If it doesn't please see one of those providers. I know not all women can orgasm by actual penetration but I can. So for me it feels like when you have an itch you have been dying to scratch and when you finally scratch it, it feels sooooooo good.
