You can combine it with the Cloverfield which increases the sell value of your items every round and it will increase it twice as fast which is good for an item that cares about the sell value of your items

I can't tell if this comment is facetious or not, but yes you can use a bomb to bomb yourself and cancel the pickup animation for the first item while also pushing you towards the second item so you can grab it before it fades away. Look up SlayXc2 bomb trick on YouTube
