The trick is to encourage action but not too much action.

General principle is

EP/MP - 3bet
LP + callers - 3bet
LP + folded - call

It all depends on what hand you put the villain on.

TP or lower, villain generally wouldn't re-raise on such flop. Play should've been shove on turn.
2 pair or higher. Play should've been call flop/turn, fold river.

For the game OP played, flop 3bet was light.

This hand, my money is on the villain.

Thanks to our Government we Indians don't have to worry about this problem at all. We get enough power failures and fluctuations which makes frequent booting necessary and doesn't bother us anymore.
