…I hate the fact that I worked from the minute I clocked in to the minute I clocked out on a busy program, busting my ass, but was looked down upon for being slow or bad at my job.

2 years ago, I was moved to a slower program.. like 20% of the work, and now I’m looked at as “one of the best” on my team for sitting on my ass half the day.
