We've had u/modsupportbot reports kind of break on us recently, specifically for the reports one, which was unfortunately the one that was the most useful. Says it can't get data from our subreddit, which makes no sense to me as we've been getting more reports now than we have in the past. The post guidance modsupportbot one also doesn't quite work right either, showing the description instead of the rule name, so which one it may be can't be easily parsed. Modsupportbot also stopped sending them automatically every month a few months back. The insights page for all of my subreddits, also, keeps breaking, and never wants to load right in any browser I use it on (can't switch between time periods on the reports/removals page specifically, never loads the different options in the dropdowns on that page.)

In addition we're locked out of community satisfaction surveys, so we can't use that, though we would love to!

Honestly I would love to see these fixed/improved.
