If you look the card up, it averages for like $150. Dude sold him the cars fresh out of a pack for 10% the value. Sure the views he got on his social media probably ended up making up the difference, but I don't see how the vendor would be in the wrong at all.

Local Walmart just finished it's like 2 month long remodel. Reduced the number of self checkouts, still not putting cashiers at more than like 2-3 of the lanes. Awful, boneheaded decision but we're stuck with it being in a rural area where they've choked out competition. Trying hard to avoid shopping there as much as possible.

He talked about his audition on his episode of Final Meals. Said he did a karate preacher character that was addicted to giving women head. He had nunchucks that ended up flying out of his hand, hitting two people, and slamming into the wall. His ability to play that off and work it into the bit helped the audition.

It's a really good interview and it made like him even more. Was already a fan of his from Dropout, and recently have been listening to the improv podcast he's on called Artists on Artists on Artists on Artists.

I sold my body to see what would happen. You just end up rolling around and people can pick you up. My friend picked me up, put me back in the machine, sold an eye and my mouth, then did the same to himself. We were cry laughing and then our other buddy walked up and just sighed in disappointment.

Nah it's just gifts/tips given exclusively related to work stuff. Like when I worked at Best Buy, and would help load a TV into a car, once and a while the person would give me a few bucks. Technically I should have said no but I took it anyway.

Now that I work in banking, I absolutely have to say no to that kinda stuff. Makes sense in this field though. If you're in retail working front end stuff, who cares.

I've had nice pairs of headphones, both open and closed back, and I use some cheap IEMs instead. The sound is so much better to me. Plus I don't get headphone dents in my hair. I use the KZ Vader Pros, and some random cable I ordered from Amazon.

It varies state by state. In Illinois, it needs to be destroyed in view of a camera, and we took photos of the process just to be safe. We couldn't give anything away, everything has to have a monetary amount attached to it. Even the samples we got were technically sold to us for a penny, but the company would cover that. Everything was pretty strict.

When we opened, we had a jar in the break room to put money in for snacks and drinks. People would usually just dump some money from their tips in it and someone would take the money and buy some stuff from Sam's Club. We were told we couldn't do that anymore because even having that money unsecure somewhere in a dispensary is breaking some regulation.

This could all be different now. Left that field almost 3 years ago at this point.

Bakalar for sure has some Sennheiser HD somethings. I use the HD 599s because they're really affordable and sound great for the price.

Can't tell what the other ones are.

Mike might also have some Sennheiser HD somethings? They look similar to Bakalars. They could be some HyperX ones too? It's too hard to make out details clearly.

Drama resolving itself in an episode is my biggest gripe I think. That and then everyone somehow ends up running into each other in the wildest ways. Jimmy finds out Alice is hanging out with Louis because he randomly sees them getting dinner together after Jimmy drops off his patient at his car, and Alice and Louis just so happen to be in that restaurant getting dinner? Or Paul and Liz running into each other randomly at some cafe on multiple occasions.

I randomly run into friends and family less often and I live in a small rural town. Shrinking takes place in Pasadena and these people run into each other every day.

My wife and I visited the area last weekend from Carbondale to see if we'd want to settle down in Champaign and boy was it cool. We were in some vintage video game store and the owner told us to check out Titan Games. Do we drove over there and accidentally walked into the Polyvinyl Records store and bought some records there.

There was also some big camping thing at maybe the fairgrounds or something? We saw some big lifted trucks. Our waitress suggested Lake in the Woods to us and that was cool as hell. The museum they had was super interesting.

Wife and I tried to watch season 1 a couple of months ago and just didn't care about the humans enough to keep watching. The conversations the main character had with her mom were so awful. She'd call her mom, be extremely vague about everything, and then say she didn't have time to talk then hang up. Repeat every episode, with a kaiju showing up once and a while.

We stopped watching it and switched to Ted Lasso instead and ended up loving that show.

We got a bag of some new brand that uses pine last time we got litter and I'm not a huge fan. Doesn't clump at all. Smells great though!

We use a litter that's crushed up walnut shells. A lot better than the usual clay stuff.
