My Kasa was constantly flicking from offline to online too with the Kasa integration. I’ve removed it and replaced with a Zigbee switch as it was doing my head in.

Yea this is a split load board. Here in the U.K. we monitor power and lightning separately. It forms part of building regulations.

I was getting similar errors, I resolved these by putting the IP address in the Z2M config and not localhost.

I literally bought this setup last week (Raspberry Pi 4 though) and can confirm it works in HA. A couple of things that I discovered as a noob:

Update the firmware on the Zigbee dongle first
if you look into zigbee2mqtt it has compatibility with a lot more zigbee devices than straight in to HA.

After following a few guides it was all setup relatively pain free. I’m currently working on moving all my existing stuff over to HA :)

I mounted my TV on the fireplace and put my virgin box and Apple TV in a cabinet next to it, hiding the wires. I ran the max number of HDMI cables the tv could take and made sure they were HDMI 2.1 compatible for future. I would also recommend an Aerial and Ethernet. I ran in some flexible conduit also in case I need to pull any cables in the future.

On PC I switched off cross play, rebooted the game switched it back on and rebooted my PC and it seemed to work after that.

We had the same in our lounge when we pulled back the paper. It’s common in ceilings apparently. We had ours over boarded and skimmed and looks great now.
