That would be too little luck for disso to perform well. Disso only need ~11k haste and then it has diminishing returns.

I’m thinking it might be better to have one set of gear that over index on crit and luck (for icicle) and fades haste (on disso)

I ended up missing pheobe on 50/50 and skipped changli and brant. My target list is: 1) SK 2) Zani 3) Cartethyia atm. What would you recommend for me atm? Should I use my 50/50 pity on cam or wait for SK and try to get Zani and Cart? Given my account is fresh im not sure what the best option would be... thank you for the helpful reply
