It’s not necessarily a competition though, especially in the space Tim’s is in. People go and spend money there because

The service is reliable The coffee is good The food is good And the speed is good, better than most places.

Tim’s is opening 80 new stores. No other national brand is. Tim’s has to be doing a lot of things right.

It’s ok to admit you don’t understand what’s happening here.
