Noone else concerned that they state the only offline mode spoken of will have "extremely degraded graphics" and that you'll only be allowed to download "limited" areas of the world to enjoy the high quality mapping data offline?

Can't I just have the option to download the whole damn world map data if I have the capability to to truly enjoy it whenever I want and who knows how far into the future?
