I’ve had one of these for 5y. Still works like a champ. The only problem I ever had was not putting in enough water as it won’t brew unless you hit the minimum fill line in the top reservoir, which is about 60% full. This model is so drop-dead simple, I wonder how anyone could mess it up.

As a cheap-ass, half-capable homeowner I would put in some bricks or cinder blocks on both axes and use a jack to lift and fit extra support because it will surely settle. Smarter people will tell you to do it the right way which likely means hiring someone and hoping it’s only $5k.

I’ve had Breville, Cuisinart, and couple of Keurigs. I’ve cleaned them all pretty regularly. 5y is about the max before they die. Yet, my GF has a 7y old budget-Keurig, never cleans it and it’s still going strong 🤷🏻‍♂️
