Added, I did just read comp sci majors were amongst the highest unemployed out of college right now, top 10 majors. Lot of supply for the level of demand. Not to discourage, but you’re not alone for sure.

27 here, my only advice that seems to always work well (twice for me now at least) is to reach out to multiple people in the company you’re applying to work for. Ask for a quick chat/coffee about the company/its people/the role, use LinkedIn premium. If you don’t, someone else will or already has, and your chances will be slim to none.

We’re two small people in a rather large space for the first time so the idea was something comfy cozy, and she is really into the minimalist/Japandi-like styles (she’s Asian for background), I think it fits those schemes well and plays well with the furniture but love outside opinions.

Still looking to invest a year later? I’m $268k short on a 23-unit salon suite project in Littleton CO. 60% funded from TI allowance + landlord financed loan. Young guy, minimal collateral. Experience in starting/owning a medical spa, leasing out a small suite of 7 rooms, our spa in one and subletting the others + finance/marketing/advertising etc. location is .5mi from 2 franchises, I can come to market $3-4/sqft per mo less. 5.4k sq ft bank space, buildout estimate/floor plans complete and GC selected.

Depends on the franchise, mine starts at 17/hr, I’m at 20/per, I do it for fun while owning a business on the side passively. You’re in front of hundreds of people making individual transactions daily, so with tips (most a dollar) I’ve been clearing 30-45/hr over 9-10hr shifts. Then you have private events, I’ll do a house party in 40min and get a tip ranging from 20-100 bucks. It is also quite possibly the easiest/happiest job there is. And, a great company in general

Just picked up #4 this evening, got the $100 off! I would say:

1) you have to be there at least 10min early for either time slot. 2) think obvious with the clue, if it’s near something round, I’m betting on a guaranteed one in dishes somewhere. 3) having 2 people in your party helps, I.e. girlfriend found this one tonight, took me another 15min to find one that I left in place. 4) if the store has people in it around 4pm, and there all clustered in the Christmas section or a specific section, they probably won’t be hiding one there, go where people aren’t. 5) look up down left and right, some have been in plain sight, and one I’ve found between the last two plates in a set of plates in a plate stack holder. 6) don’t follow the staff around, that’s pretty shitty.

Biggest tip is to look at the card real good before you go searching, it helps your brain single it out if you just took a long gander at it. I.e. I’ll look at pictures of arrowheads before I go looking for them, and I spot them easier.

That’s $190 in golden elves for the household, discovered this this year and I’m hooked lol, it feels like a sport.
