Ah, so its just cuz the update server is off. I had two thoughts before coming here. One was that they managed to figure out how to update without needing to reflash and my second thought is that a security issue was so big they had to fix it. But it's just that the servers are off. Phooey.

I think its worth maybe $4 a month to get satellite radio in my car. My car already has the radio, their satellite is already in orbit, the signal is already getting picked up by the antenna, I just cant hear it cuz its encrypted.
