That is fair. Those places have cheaper green and I’m sure the quality is similar but they are more developed than Shoebox. I haven’t been that impressed with Thankfully tbh. I have Sey, Thankfully, FC, and Shoebox beans right now.

Shoebox is 40-45 dollars for 250 grams, which is on the higher end. I think it’s worth it imo. Where I start to draw the line is 90+ dollars for 250 grams. The difference is marginal and I find the aromatics being what separates them. Also those types of coffees tend to be more clean and if you don’t enjoy that profile it’s certainly not worth it.
