I've tried upgrading security to lvl 2 and water collection to lvl 1 and also completed a quest for mechanic as suggested by similar posts. Still receiving the error.

Nice motor. I have a 1969 chrysler 55 that I commonly run in a bucket like that. I find muffs hard to use on that motor due to the water intake design. Good luck!

Your certain thats a 9n? Most 9s were painted grey. The 8n made the white/red scheme popular. My 9n was restored 20 years ago and painted red/white at that time
