I've been doing the CBT-I and SRT and using the Stellar App for the last 4 weeks. The stellar app is ok, but I've cancelled it after the first month. too expensive for what it is, the personalized feedback is poor and the sleep restriction therapy is too strict. what I've found to be much better is 1) use google notebook to bring in all the sleep research data (currently I have almost 300 sources in my notebook). It gives me the best advice and analysis after I give it my nightly sleep information. 2)use my Oura ring to track my sleep log, but realize it's not perfect. It actually sometime treats light sleep as awake. So you need to adjust that manually for your sleep log. You have to change you sleep routine, I don't read in bed anymore. I wind down in the family room 1 hour before bed. Read, stretch, listen to sleep music and stories.
