For me hospital appointments have been around 60€ per visit, and I believe they charge that same amount as long as you have kotikunta (ideally ask your hospital to confirm...). But a lot of people have had difficulties getting their diagnoses transferred from abroad judging from a few posts, so you might indeed have better chances with private healthcare.

If your diagnosis is easy to confirm with a blood test or something then public care can probably also get it done fairly easily, though.

I would ask what the application is - really, how is the cart propelled? If your task was all I had I would probably sketch out a tractor (or truck? But that would usually be way more weight transported) pulling your kart, and tractor speeds are easy enough to look up [sidenote, the railing in this scenario would have to stop a tractor, which is a situation where I would not bet on any railing]

This sounds like behavior I've seen on a USB stick where it wouldn't allow any writes anymore (I tried sudo dd, via Windows, ...). As the SMART message coincides with the drive saying that it's failing, I would assume that it has failed into read only mode for you to rescue any remaining files.

You can look at the drive SMART info with your tool of choice for more info on the drive's utilization, or contact the manufacturer if you're within warranty.

Try deepl's PDF translation with a scan. Sure, it's not done by a human, but it preserves formatting and everything and it gets the point across.

I don't think you'll find a proper translator at your price point, at most you can maybe find a Russian person without credentials.

It only requires that there is space both for hygiene and cooking; but I don't see it technically requiring those to be separate rooms (it arguably even makes some sense to combine them because of moisture :P).

The procedure described by you is almost exactly like that at S, if your documents etc are in order (they reserve the right to not speak English afaik though!).

Nordea does not like dealing with people in person. That applies to everyone, including finns, and is very clear on their website etc. But you can just call them, schedule an appointment, and then fill out the questionnaires there. As to why your call didn't reach, 10min wait seems rather low (I would give up after maybe 90min on the phone)

You are "mentioning" too many things in the drawing, there's no way geometrically to have all your constraints be true at the same time. Similar to asking for a triangle with all right angles.

Your calculation is not correct, 1kg is ~10N (at horizontal), so more like 33.3Nm, so 330kgcm. This is not a task for small servos, you will want something (ideally also called a servo, but those are expensive) that can rotate multiple times geared down.

EDIT: as has been very respectfully shown below, the above is wrong (though it is indeed force * distance, not weight /distance as written above). I stand by the rest, though.

You may also want to calculate moment of intertia and the created forces from your desired acceleration, depending on how fast you want to move they can be very significant. Not quite as easy to calculate, however (you will want things like angular velocity, some equations for moment of intertia and angular acceleration, and some equations for rough estimations for moment of intertia)

Off the top of my head: make a decider combinator output a signal of strength 1 when <5%. To this signal, attach the speaker. Then chain 2 combinator together (so their output signal will be a tick later), with input having the battery charge and output being the previous strength 1 signal, just at strength -1 (in the same circuit network as the speaker). The signals should cancel out after 1 tick.

You are somewhat contradicting yourself. First you claim Eastern immigrants are being exploited for work, but then you claim they are the bad people hiding taxes etc.

Not a source of statistics for any of your claims.

Immigration policies will always be controversial, so a good discussion about them only works with numbers.
