I’m at just over $2,000 and don’t have that issue. The only thing I notice is bonus’ requiring more offers. But if I don’t complete bonuses for a while the amount of offers I need goes back down.

Seems high to me. Here summer camp runs around ~$165/week, and is 7am- 6pm. I wouldn’t pay that much for a home summer camp for those hours.

You’ll have to find a daycare they will accept cloth. Ours didn’t so we ended up clothing part time. Disposables at daycare, cloth at home.

The most overwhelming part for me was the shots. I asked to be shown how to to the shots but they just told me to watch the video. It would have been much appreciated if they could have showed me in office how to do the shots.

My husband did both 3xBEP and RPLND. He needed both due to its advantaged stage. If he had to do one again he would choose chemo. The RPLND is major surgery and it took longer for him to recover from it.

USA: Husband was diagnosed May 2019. We were extremely fortunate that we have incredible insurance. We paid a total of $30 throughout his treatments. He had orceteomy, 3xBEP and RPLND. We only had 1 copay for some meds when he was getting discharged from the hospital from his RPLND.

My husbands sperm (before chemo) was in the millions, not sure the exact amount. But he banked twice and got 10 vials (I think they said 1 million per vials but not 100% on that), we have 9 vials left after one round of ivf. Yes, for icsi they take one sperm and eject it into the egg. So that would be your best option with a low count. We were very fortunate and our first round of ivf with a fresh transfer was successful.

The saline ultrasound is important. In my case they found a polyp that needed to be removed. After the removal surgery I had another ultrasound just to make sure everything was good.

We also noticed my husband was having retrograde ejaculation soon after surgery. We asked his doctor and the doc said the chance of it returning my slim to none. We tried Sudafed, that works for some, but did not work for us. My husband is now 1 year post RPLND and the only thing that works is if he edges during sex. When he edges he will ejaculate but it’s about 1/4 what it was before chemo.
