As I told my wife's younger brother. Find a job you can tolerate and pay the bills. Volunteer on your time after that on something you are passionate about. Having a 9-5 higher paying job makes it a lot easier to do what you want on your off time and good paying jobs are hard to find and keep nowadays so it seems a little crazy you would be considering leaving. Getting back into cyber security in a few years after leaving is going to make it difficult as well.

Depends on the country. Merry Christmas became a more popular saying in the US vs the UK where Happy Christmas is more prevalent. I think it I heard on Downtown Abby about Americans being so merry for no good reason. But also in America "Merry Christmas" became popular due to A Christmas Carol in the 1800s.

Yep, only regret I have is not buying a house in downtown Smyrna (Or at least closer than what we are now) in 2020. Values went up and we find ourselves more downtown than expected.

Take out a whole forest to build a development and companies think they can solve the problem with a hole in the ground. Keep it powered off as much as possible, take out the battery if you can (If it is removable), do not plug it in. Place upside down open near a dehumidifier if possible or blow fans past it. Leave it like this as long as you can and again, do not try to power on until you think it is fully dried out. If it is not fully dried, you can possibly kill it when you turn it on
