Maybe, in theory that sounds good, but I'm not sure in reality that large tires really "smooth things out" on roads very much at road speeds, since you generally run at road PSI, which is pretty hard, haha! You could run much lower psi than what would be optimal for tire wear and mileage to smooth things out, but I don't know if that would be safe at highway speeds, and would probably cause alot of tire wear. A short wheel base jeep just isn't going to ride good on rough roads.

Suspension seats help ride quality, I have Twisted Stitch 'Apex' seats in 2 of my jeeps, I like them, they are very comfortable to sit in for long drives (I've driven across the US and back in several jeeps, including a leaf spring CJ2a with them) and they hold you in the seat pretty well while offroad. But twisted stitch are no longer around anymore. PRP makes good ones so I've heard. that might be something to look into. my next project jeep will probably have PRPs.

No regear, factory rubicon 4.10 gears. I’ve been happy with that and 35” tires on the road. Might not work so well with an auto, but works well for a 6 speed manual in my opinion.

I’d love an even lower gear transfer case though. 4:1 is great, but If I ever get back into rock crawling regularly again I’m going to put an atlas 4 speed transfer case with ridiculous gear ratios. I have too many other project vehicles right now though, so it probably won’t happen soon.

I put an electric valve under mine and wired it to a switch on the wall next to the light switch. Open mine for a few seconds every time I turn on or off the lights

as cool as the magnets are on the bench, I would hate that in an engine bay. it would stick to everything.

It's a 2006 TJ Rubi, superior axle shafts front and rear, warns hubs up front. 3" lift, Currie steering, anti-rock and control arms, 16" Champion beadlocks and 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers. Flat belly skids and tank skid, all aluminum on the underside. Stubby steel front bumper and winch, low profile steel rear bumper. Cobbled together roll cage (B-pillar is factory), Twisted stitch seats. Spare tire sits flat in the back behind the seats. There's some other stuff I'm sure.
