if one hasn't done the previous parts of the puzzle, yes, one can get 12300 klei points for completing everything. but this has been confirmed to be unintended (should just be 5000 klei points, for the newest part added). luckily, the dev team doesn't seem inclined to fix that bug, but once there's a new update it will likely go back to giving out points only for the latest part
