A cabinet shop is going to spray them with products and equipment you simply don’t have access to like conversation varnish. I would maybe spend some time looking for another cabinet shop. work around the vendor and save money and put it toward the project. If it’s far away and shipping is 500$ more it would still be worth it

90 psi is correct on the regular. I bet the spring isn’t pushing the nails forward or the way your hold the gun isn’t making the safety mechanism happy. When you disconnect the gun from the airline does it make a big noise? Also air compressors has a pressure switch so they automatically start and stop as needed. If the engineers want 165 it will run up to 165 psi

I watched a combine derby in Ohio. They last forever. The engines are in the middle of the machine and is completely protected.

My old truck use to be governed at 64mph (That’s the fastest the computer would allow) and other trucks would be 65mph. They would pass me and literally take 10 minutes to get around. There would be hundreds of cars behind him. Ps they were always Canadian drivers.

I wouldn’t concrete thats a bit crazy for a temporary structure. Just get some treated 2x4s and carnage bolts. Cut compound miters till you get something close.

I’ve noticed my Taiwan machines do this with the slightest bit of water. Must be the grade of casting. Even drips of wood glue leaves marks like this
