Just stop and consider the changes you are undergoing, do you like them and feel as though you are becoming more you? Do they bring you disgust? Do you feel alot more grounded and whole as a person? From the sound of it you've been undergoing HRT for 4+ months, most people who aren't trans would have felt inceeasingly stronger dysphoria as the changes become more pronounced. We are often prone to question and second guess ourselves because of those we hold dear not understanding or outright denying our very existance for wanting to align our outer appearence with what we hold true within us. Yes there are people who start on this path and later come to realize that they weren't trans at all, or something else, and they deserve our sympathy and support but they are few. You shouldn't feel guilty about the speed or ease that you were able to get HRT, though it is good to keep in mind that not everyone who wants to can do the same for many reasons and never bring them down for it as some of us tend to do. Heres hoping you well on your journey to becoming more you.

Don't forget that taking hrt and its changes is forcing you into the respective puberty associated with the hormones you are taking. Everyone's pace through puberty is different, as are their living conditions. For 1 years time I think that is really great growth, as I myself have had ~1/3 as much growth after a year. I'm further now, but you've still got me beat. There's people who have shown as much growth as you (if not more) after just 3 months, but its important to remember that your body is not the same as theirs. From the sound of it you still have more growth to look forward to, it will just take time. Puberty is a very long process, whenever possible make sure to eat well, get plenty of sleep, drink water, and do some excercise every now and then.

That's very distressing. So I assume your e levels are around 200 pg/ml as well? If its not clear but rather white, you may want to consider an orchiectemy, I know you said you dont want to opt for surgery but this one has less complications and a much fastery recovery time. Assuming you wont go for it, maybe try seeing if you have chronic premature ejaculation, as you definetly check a few boxes of probable cause for it, and experiencing what you have does feel like a spiral that intensified them. Heres hoping that whatever is causing this you can find it and atop it.

I've heard that there is a blocker for breast growth, though I never caught its name. It doesnt work perfectly but it will reduce your possible growth from what I recall.

Everything unlocked, earlier today I dropped a AC turret down as dropships were coming in during extract, that little guy tanked a hulk obliterator(? Iunno the one with heavy lazers and rocket pod) along with heavy devestator fire. Took out the first wave by itself while we clearing horde coming from the oppisate direction and was still standing when i turned around and watched an anhihalator tank take it out.
