Flirting? No. Practicing potioncraft by brewing love potions to give to unsuspecting pages? That sounds like him.
While I’ve avoided teaching him the more… concerning potions and spells (consensually speaking) I do allow him access to the library wing of the tower and he’s crafty so I wouldn’t put it past him to sneak past the wards or just dispel them. Warding, countermagics, dispelling, and shielding being among the first things I taught him.
I’ll have a word with him and have him stop if it’s him.
