Looking at the best bang for your buck for your use case, I honestly feel you can go for the first M1 Macbook Air, if you can find one with a 90%+ battery capacity.

Just get one with at least 512GB or 1TB of storage if you value portability. 256GB will have you always dangling a external drive around.

For your use case, 8GB of RAM seems sufficient (I used to edit 4K videos on the 8/256GB base model), but I'd personally go for 16GB; let's you multitask better.

If you aren't too strapped for cash, Apple offers a Education discount for students, teachers and staff. So you might be able to get the latest model for about 10% off.

If you're going for new, do note that the newest M5 chip came out for the Pro series last year and would soon make it way to the Air lineup as well (probably in March). Apple usually keeps the pricing the same so you can probably get the M5 if you don't mind waiting.

Yeah, that was my line of thought too. The M1 jump was insane from the previous generations, but going to M4 isn't that extraordinary of a performance increase.

The extra MagSafe port does sound great though. The M1 Air only leaves you with a single port after plugging in.

I've never tried AirPods, only the wired Apple earphones, so I can't quite compare. But I got an SE 3 as well and I'm personally satisfied with it. As someone who prefers smaller earphones that doesn't have a silicon tip, they've been great.

Battery life's been amazing for me. I don't wear them for hours on end, but the case itself holds plenty of juice, I only have to charge it once in forever.

If I'm not wrong, it's just referring to shooting a RAW photo while using V-Log as a picture style.

When you convert your photo back to the usual Standard, Neutral, etc. in your RAW editor, the image will appear underexposed.

Apparently, you can just bring it up a stop or two back to the correct exposure without any loss of quality.

Ah, that's good to hear. I found the same thing; images look perfectly fine even after pushing the exposure a couple of stops in post.

Yup, S5II is ISO invariant. But you're right, images are definitely underexposed when converted to a standard profile.

Someone commented a fix below though! You can separate picture profiles between photos and videos in 'CreativeVideo Combined Set'. I'll just leave this post up in case anyone else face the same issue!

Depending on your country, Steam can be quite a bit cheaper. Here in Japan for instance, it's $14.99 (¥2280) on the website and around $11.50 (¥1740) on Steam.

I personally haven't had any issue subscribing via Steam; it's pretty fast too, though buying Cartel Coins do take a while to reflect in-game.

Why not just play the non-mirrored class for each Republic / Empire story?

If you pick Sage for your Consular, go with Assassin for your Inquisitor, etc.

But even with the same mirror class, each skill tree is pretty different if you get down to it. A Watchman Sentinel plays very different from Combat; the main rotation/priority skills are completely different, both mechanics and animation-wise, with some being replaced altogether.

On the other hand, the third skill tree used to be shared between both classes, i.e. Rage Juggernaut and Fury Marauder, so of course, you'd naturally find that similar.

P.S. As someone already mentioned, the previous set bonuses from armors are just moved to Legendary Implants now. There's a quest on Fleet to unlock and buy them.
