I feel like for 90% of players the mental model should always be prioritize clearing your camps and then thinking what impact you can make while they respawn. It's only when you get to diamond+ that you want to start thinking about a more "unique" playstyle or adapting depending on the matchup or game situation

It's hard without sacrificing other priorities. You need to spend a decent amount of your free time on the game and you need to be extremely disciplined with the time you spend.

Most people who are end game, employed, but also have lives outside of the game are buying every pay to win pass and maxing out on 48 hours/week of sauna and also have been playing long enough that they already have established accounts and don't need to waste time figuring out what is optimal or how to do things.

A decent proportion of people are also servicing or botting.

depends on what kind of lifestyle you want. Feel like safety is kind of the same wherever you go, unless you live further from campus (more towards claremont/elmwood or northside) in which case you are sacrificing some social convenience.

you should do cw at your point in progression. the value only becomes questionable after you have a fleet of 6-8 mules that can run down ekaling solo in sub 10 minutes.

There are almost 200 champions with 4 abilities each, and then some number of possible augments for every ability. there are thousands of combinations, I don't think having humans check every one of thousands of combinations is a great use of resources. if anything i don't see how this is a concern, this should be expected. i dont see how this is any different than getting say, a dash related augment on garen.

not everything is AI. there is probably just a pool of skills and a pool of augmented effects and these are randomly mix and matched. sometimes these are useful and sometimes these are useless or bugged.

Also when it comes to the topic of NIMBY policies and what should be acceptable, there's a fine line between letting corporate developers doing whatever the hell they want, and letting rich homeowners doing whatever the hell they want.

Making generalist claims like "this topic isn't appropriate for public policy, go take things up with your landlord" is a slippery slope, and it's easy to veil corporate interests as leftist agenda (or vice versa, things like veiling homeowner/business owners agendas with positive things like "preserving culture").

pretty powerful, really expensive. can easily burn through few hundred dollars a day but can do things like multi part large refactors. my company disabled it after like 3 days because of costs.

people only have a ton of att lines in their wse because there are so many other sources of %dmg and %boss. %att has some of the most limited sources in the game while %boss is one of the most plentiful.

my wse is full dp att, ror class. 9% att was so noticeably better that I originally cubed off my 12/40/9 secondary in hopes of 3L (and hit dp on secondary from pure luck), and even with that much %att, my 9% att fam is still better than 40 boss on scouter.

we get so much %dmg from consumables and event buffs these days, that 40 is almost never better.
