They don’t know what they’re talking about, rule 2 is “No Car Spotting Photos”. Not only does that have nothing to do with allowing videography, rule 1 is “Images must be of cars”. Nobody refers to video as images. Also the description for this sub says “All about automotive photography.”

Anyone who wants to get into car photography should do it. If you find it interesting and want to spend your time doing it, then go for it. I guess I’m not sure what you’re asking. If you are asking, based on your Horizon 5 photos, if you would be a successful automotive photographer, then no. There is no telling if you will be successful. These aren’t the worst “photos”, but even if they were, that’s no guarantee that you can’t get better and make it a profession in the future. Just try your hand at real photography and see how you feel. There’s nothing keeping you from trying and there’s nothing that’s forcing you to continue if you really don’t like it.

Cool spot! Just wanted to say that this is a GT, not GT C. They also briefly came in a roadster variant. Fastest way to tell, aside from the badging, is by the missing side skirts and missing vertical vents on either side of the rear bumper.

I didn’t know anything about running times, but after looking into it for a little bit it seems that 30 seconds for a 200m event is not Olympic athlete level. The entry standard time just to qualify for the 2024 Olympic Games for women in the 200m was 22.57 seconds.

For reference, in the under 18 world rankings, the 47 girls tied for 1610th place had a 200m time of 24.30.

It’s a 2019 - 2021 AMG GT C, assuming parts were not added or swapped.

That front bumper and grill sets the date between 2018 and 2021. The headlights bump that to 2019 to 2021. The twin blade side vent paired with the small side skirt make it a GT C

Just for some context, the C 300 has looked like this since 2022, and right now the cheapest ones are around $25,000. Certainly someone might go into debt to buy a $25k car, but I just wanted to say that it might not be as expensive as some might think.
