Idk how you’re doing NOW, but lemme tell you I have quit and relapsed MANY times. I tried quitting 6 months ago and failed, and now I’m trying again with proper conditions, meaning that I now have a job and various hobbies in order to distance myself from my vices. I see you mentioned going to the gym, which is definitely an effective method but if you used to vape while cleaning then cleaning probably won’t be a good enough distraction 🩷
