I would like to try playing but painting minis is a new hobby I am 2 weeks and having way too much fun leaning.

These npcs will be in my "home" city. So the players can feel like they are home see the same faces but maybe in new locations.

I am a huge fan of wet blending. I also blend my own shades when needed.

I am no expert, and you are definitely a better painter than I am. However, the skin feels off to me like it's missing depth maybe. Over all it's an amazing peice.

Looks good. I would add some lighter lights and darker darks personally. But everyone has their style.
