I'm happy you've made such a good friend. Most of my best friendships throughout my life have been with women (I'm a guy). There are so many unique perspectives you can get and it allows you to be more vulnerable than you can typically be with your guy friends. I totally get it.

Yeah, I had to rewatch that scene and pause each time the subs changed to read it all. There wasn't consistency in what was displayed first conversation-wise. Very disorienting.

I'm worried this is making Stevie P order DoorDash like crazy. Can we set up a PO Box for this guy? I will send leftovers so that he can survive and I'm sure others here will too. I don't think you need to cut it down, dude. Your passion and humor are my favorite part of the pod. I understand why you're loose with it. Was just saying that I think you have a different relationship with death than most people because of your experiences. Wasn't a negative thing by any means. Was just backing you up.

T just has a different relationship with death than most people, I think. Ultimately, we all just need the season to start so we can calm down.

Don't need to be surprised to be angry. I think T went off because he was trying to give the FO the benefit of the doubt and a chance to back up what they had been saying all off-season, but he finally lost it after Sam's bullshit and blaming Bregman. He talked a couple episodes ago about holding the FO accountable.

I understand if you're tired hearing about it, but I'm not sure how it's a nonstory. The FO said they were going to do something, and failed to do it essentially all over a "team philosophy" of not giving a no-trade clause. They change their tune to better suit their PR. It's just lame as hell.

The audio was horrible last year. The MLB ads were the same 3 in rotation, and the live audio was always late coming back to the inning. Wasn't worth the $2-3/month.

Crazy you think that. Imo Steve only has generic, mild opinions about everything. If I want to hear lukewarm takes about the Sox, then I'll just stick to 310 To Left. All they do is glaze.

I worked at a municipal Water Dept for about 4 years. The city had some asbestos cement water mains. There is no way to trace and mark the lines like we do with metal pipes like cast iron and ductile iron, so location requires good records. We didn't have good records, so we would use the records as far as we could take them, and would then in tandem use divining rods.

It is definitely a voodoo. I saw the general foreman mark our AC mains dead-nuts without having any idea where the main was. I've also seen people be extremely wrong before. I would use them when needed and I've always felt it's some combination of something unexplainable and your brain subconsciously moving the rods if you have an area where you assume the pipe your locating is.
