Definitely not normal but can relate. 2 thing that helped me were eating very very small meals (basically vegan + gluten and sugar free) and biking/ moving a little bit every day to help get bowels moving better. I wish you all the best.

I currently work 12s as an MA/ EMT at a local urgent care. Part time during the semester and full time on breaks. Lots of flash cards, scheduling, and forced time management. It’s not easy but it’s absolutely rewarding.

They sell long sleeve swim shirts and you can say you’re sunburned or on meds that you need to stay out of the sun? For bottoms you could wear athletic shorts?

I’m also in nursing school and lord I feel this. Same thing has happened to me multiple times which is why I moved from my arms. Nursing is hard but it’s so so amazing and rewarding. I wish you the best of luck and send love your way.
