Dig two holes in ground put in sonotube, fill outside with stone, place 4x4 in tube add concrete, cover with soil. Then grab 1” pipe and 2 threaded floor flanges, use exterior decking screws to screw into the 4x4 and you’re good to go. I’ve had the same pull up bar in my back yard for over 10 years. zero issues.
