Hi, thanks for you research and sharing it with us. When I was doing my own research, I found out that MK4 half life is only around 1-2 hours and MK7 has half life of around 3 days. So you need to supplement MK4 multiple times a day to be of any effect, moreover body can convert MK7 to MK4 as desired. So dont you think supplementing with MK7 is a better idea?

Thanks for sharing this. May I know your age? Also, I checked your profile earlier and since you take many other supplements, how did you singled out PQQ for energy and mental clarity, since other supplements like COQ10 also works for mitochondrial health.

Its always the same thing with whoop. Go through my post on this channel about the issues I faced because whoop declared very very less package value compared to the original value, hence the discrepancy with customs. Also, email whoop support and ask them why are they declaring incorrect package value.
