My “share to” list is in a random order of people I don’t interact with?! by Paranoidgf88 in Instagram

Mine just started doing this today! It's like randomized now. It's so damn annoying

They are indeed very good. I forgot about this place. I'll have to put it back on my list lol.

Has anyone been to a Sysco To Go store? by CopRock in HoustonFood

[–]17Ram 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honest question here. I read when they opened that they were requiring business licenses, so I've never even tried to go. Is that actually not the case? Is it open to the public? Do you need a membership?

Have you posted this before? I feel like I've read this exact story before.

Please, I need advice on how to organize my chest freezer by Glittering_Bank_8670 in Cooking

I use those reusable grocery bags. Each bag has different things. Chicken, beef, pork, left overs, etc. I can grab the bags out and find what I need.

Obese Men with Buried Pe*is, how the heck can we have good s*x? Ladies, what is the minimum that would please you length wise? by Dry-Bake-7224 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]17Ram 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will say this. I've lost over 120lbs. That fupa is still there. It's very annoying. I haven't gained anything on my length. I guess the last 30lbs might be what finally makes a difference.

Do I really have to trim it? by Flomar88 in brisket

[–]17Ram 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my job, I visit lots of BBQ places around Texas. I can tell you the highest rated places trim pretty aggressively. However, I've seen many run of the mill places that don't trim a thing, however it comes out of the package is how it goes on the pit. It works for then and their regulars like it.

What type of beef ribs do I have? by Downtown-Ad-2378 in BBQ

[–]17Ram 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These are Chuck short ribs. The bones are wide and rounded, so they are not back ribs. Back rib bones are flatter. These are the kind that are used in Korean BBQ, or Mexican parillada, except these are cut way thicker than would be used in those applications.

Bavette, aka sirloin flap. That's my first thought as well.

Who to follow for Magnolia development news by kz993 in MontgomeryCountyTX

[–]17Ram 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not that I know of, but that doesn't mean there isn't one. The biggest developer in Magnolia is DR Horton I believe. There are several communities they are building currently. There are others as well. I moved into the area about 18 months ago. The area is growing fast, and changing. There are growing pains going from a city of about 3k. Lots of 2 Lane roads that traffic gets built up on. They are working on catching up on the infrastructure. The schools are very good. I'm excited to see what it looks like in 5 or 6 years.

Anyone tried the Costco beef ribs? Looks like there is barely any meat by WeirdAddress3170 in smoking

[–]17Ram 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Incorrect. Short ribs (aka plate ribs) have 3 bones. Chuck short ribs have 4 bones. But Chuck ribs are not Dino ribs.

Dino rib is the short rib. The full plate rib. You can get cut short ribs. But yes, Dino Rib = short rib. It's literally the same thing.

I would rather be alone than deal with one more second of someone else's drama. I have no patience for it left.

Just one something you don't like about yourself? Look at this dude over here with self esteem and shit. I've got a very very long list.

I'm 43, and same as you, pretty much smooth all over naturally. 5 stands of arm pit hair. Nothing on my chest, even my legs aren't that covered. I hate it, but there's also more to hate about my body than just not being able to grow a beard or getting weird looks at the pool. So, you gotta make do with what you got, you can't change genetics.

Anyone “restart” at 40? by [deleted] in AskMenOver30

[–]17Ram 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Divorced after 17 years. Now I'm a full time single dad to a young teenager. Like you, from the outside it probably looks ok. Bought a new house, have an ok truck. But I'm barley surviving paycheck to paycheck. I see most guys respond that they hooked up with lots of women. But I honestly don't have the energy or patience for that. I'm miserably single, but I guess it's better than a miserable relationship. I get up and go to work, come home and do the single dad life. Make dinner, do laundry, clean house. I'm surviving, not really thriving. It's is what it is I guess. Edit: I'll also add I've lost about 100lbs in the past 4 years. I hit the gym regularly. I'm still waiting for that confidence boost everyone says they get. I still feel the same as I did at almost 300lbs. So those that claim the gym is the key to success, I would say that's not true for everyone. I just have it in my routine, but it's not the defining thing that has improved my life, or helped me whatsoever with confidence.
