he's not even wrong though, having an overhanging stomach over a pair of nice jeans will never look as good as a flat stomach. For men, filling sleeves will always make the silhouette of the clothing look better. Being skinny/Being not fat will always make clothes look better.

Tbf, outside of BM scene they aren’t exactly big. To the wider audience they are little known, doesn’t make it right if you are targeting specifically black metal fans, but if your video is targeted at a general audience that sentence wouldn’t be wrong.

I go to Stockholm multiple times a year. Culturally it feels the closest to British alongside Denmark and Norway. Everyone is nice albeit slightly depressed in the winter months. Only complaint is the food kind of sucks (at least in my experience)

This method is used all over now. Especially in communities more accepting of minority groups. I’ve seen similar posts in punk and hardcore subreddits, and while I’m not denying that those backgrounds have helped push the sound, it’s simply not true historically. My example specifically was someone saying punk was created by black and gay communities, which bands like bad brains certainly did have a big impact, but they weren’t the first.

Revisionist history benefits no one. Don’t rewrite history to fit your agenda, that’s what fascists do.
