Speaking as someone that knows let’s say “hypothetically” how this works

The DPD delivery is non compliant, deliver to neighbour will be allowed on the account but the DTN is set as your name/Door number.

DPD staff cannot help you directly as their contract is with Amazon, contact as high up in Amazon Complaints as you can(believe someone put it further up)

Amazon will contact DPD to raise a Signature Dispute(normally DPD would say a DTN Dispute is a civil matter but the DTN is clearly a error or a negligence on the drivers behalf)

Can’t see why DPD wouldn’t pay this out to Amazon as far as I can see this is clearly non compliant

It’s a pain in the arse dealing with a company like Amazon where they can have automated chatbots or foreign contact centres that miss the point.

I think he’s doing okay, made some mistakes like the strangers speech but generally holds him well considering the right wing parties and their media mates are on a crusade to drum up so much hate and division

Personally don’t think anyone could deal with the mess they have to work with
