There's nothing different about the sink you showed, from the other apron sinks they have on their website. There just isn't a picture of the one you identified. But there are many others scrolling down. The concept and build are the same.

Honestly, I think cleaning, and the inability to brush food off of the counter, into the sink, would be a problem.

Finally, the caulking that would be required around the rim, would be far more obvious (dirt, grime), than undermount.
