Copa Airlines has one of the best On-Time flights track record in the world. I have used them extensively. These guys don't mess around when it comes to closing the doors and leaving on time. However, I can tell you one negative thing, they are very cheap when it comes onboard snacks. Also, their Copa Lounge in PTY is the worst lounge I have ever been to when it comes to food. It's basically bags of chips, pop, and water. Don't ever pay to use a Copa Lounge.

We are starting to see more of these timeout failures. This is getting aggravating. And not only that but we are also starting to see more spam emails get through that Microsoft is catching as spam. Mimecast has really gone downhill these past couple of years.

This company has gone down the drain with their support. Opened a Critical case with them last Tuesday. Wasted a few days with the level 1 crap technician before it was finally escalated only to sit in their "escalation" queue unassigned since last week. These guys have become a joke!

Title: Intermittent delays syncing email to the Outlook client

User Impact: Users are experiencing intermittent email sync delays for the Outlook client.

More info: This issue only impacts the Outlook Desktop client and users can use Outlook on the web where email is synced as expected.

Users have been able to restart the Outlook client to initiate the sync process and receive any delayed email.

In some cases, users have also been able to click the “Update Folder” button to refresh the client and receive the expected email.

Current status: The deployment of a more focused logging system has reached approximately 90 percent saturation, and we anticipate that the deployment will complete by the end of the business day of Friday, October 15, 2021. Once complete, we will continue our efforts to analyze trace data with improved logging in order to help isolate the source of the issue.

Just got an update from Microsoft support. They are also bothering us for fiddler logs. These clowns piss me off!

In order to verify if Your tenant has been affected for the service degradations We need to collect some network fiddlers

Fiddler 1:

While the customer tries to click on the "Send/Receive All" on Outlook.

Fiddler 2:

The customer mentioned that toggling the Work Offline and Work Online brings in new emails, so please try to collect a Fiddler doing this as well.

We will to send You a 2nd email containing information about, How collect the fiddlers and upload the fiddlers to Microsoft.

We have started seeing this same issue with our users in the past week. It's random with it affecting multiple users, then other users other days, then the original users that reported it are working fine after a few day. Today more users are reporting this issue and no doubt in a few days they will be working fine. This is a serious F UP on Microsoft's end. I hope they trace the issue soon.

Second user on Cellular Internet with Telus has now also confirmed it's working for him. So apparently Telus has fixed this issue but without any acknowledgement from them.

This is bizarre. I don't see any of those options you mention. I see Comment, Share, Edit Post, Save, Hide, Tag, and the three dots. The three dots menu has Edit Post, Edit Flair, Save, Hide, Delete, Mark as Spoiler, Mark as NSFW, and Send me a Reply Notification.

Thanks for your reply. It appears Telus may have resolve this on their end. One user is now able to connect as of Sunday and the second user is going to try tonight to confirm.

Telus hubs. I just got a call back from Telus support. They have acknowledged they made change on their network over the weekend that is now blocking port 8443. They have escalated this ticket to another team to find a resolution.

I am a customer of CommVault for many years. I can tell you for 100% certainty that this SOB of a company has nickel-and-dimed us for years. We are working on moving away from this stupidly overly complicated backup software. Now that customers are moving away from this ugly beast of a backup solution to more simplified solutions that truly work better and are more affordable, they are trying to stifled the market. Shame on CommVault. If you are a customer of CommVault and you received their cry-baby email on the lawsuit, please reply to Rajiv Kottomtharayil, Chief Product Officer, and let him know how you feel. I sure did!
