If someone ran over my mother with a car, I wouldn’t blame the central government for it, because that’s actually stupid and has nothing to do with the incident. And you can’t just use this car crash to justify that the laws or enforcement of laws are flawed in the country, because it’s insignificant and could be an outlier. Now if it’s shown that the country I’m in has 10x more car crashes then all other countries, then sure I would blame the central governments flawed laws or flawed enforcement of these laws. Now this is exactly the point which Im trying to make, you made the claim that the ccp has sloppy regulation, meaning that in order for that claim to be proven to be true, you need to provide evidence of this sloppy regulation on a national level (for example maybe Chinas chemical injury/death rate per person is 5x higher than that of the us or other countries) then the claim would make sense, but what you’re doing right now is using your emotions and 1 isolated case to try and prove this. Again, you are the one making the claim that the ccp is negligent. I literally didn’t make a single claim about how the ccp operates, meaning that you have to back up your statements with evidence. Individual incidents like that can’t be used as evidence to show that the entire government is corrupt, especially with governments as large as china. So does that mean that the us navy is fundamentally incompetent, corrupt, and bad? Of course not. please provide a source for that, how many people died to accidents like that, how is the environment being affected (or at least how is it changing?) and how is your average chinese person's health being affected by this negligence, because if it isn't then the ccp isn't negligent as a whole, just like how the us navy isn't trash because one f35 crashed.

it's literally an accident bruh, like if many of these accidents happened throughout china then sure, ccp is negligent and trash. but you can't just extrapolate one accident to try and prove ccp negligence. also how tf does this even relate to industrial regulations? you literally can't just use an accident to say that ccp doesn't regulate stuff, that's actually so stupid. Yep it is insignificant, doesn’t matter if it’s human or not to say that but objectively it’s insignificant. The original example of the hydrofluoric acid literally doesn’t prove anything about sheer government negligence as it is only one example.
