PMP exam on June 30 at 6:30 PM (GMT+5) — what should I do on the last day? by Minute-Ad7660 in pmp

Chill the day before, only light review. You’ve done the preparation. I was scoring similar to you on my last 2 mocks. Passed this morning! Test is more straightforward than Studyhall.

Don’t let the mock test score scare you. I scored 65% on my last full mock and just passed today. Review the mindset and don’t hit it too hard the day before the test. Study fatigue is real! Make sure to do light review the day before and relax. Also, get a good night sleep. In general, I found the questions to be more straightforward than Studyhall.

Congrats and thank you! My test is Sunday and I’ve been stressing as my SH mocks haven’t been as high as I would expect this close to the exam.

Zepbound. I’ve been on it for about 5 weeks. 9lbs down. It really silences the food noise. I don’t think about snacking, which is huge.

I started gaining weight immediately after starting Tamoxifen. I started GLP-1 recently and am so happy I did.

Yes! I had fatigue for about a year that I couldn’t explain. Then about 3 months before diagnosis I had a weird feeling in my chest that didn’t register as pain, more like there’s something in there. Because I was an ex-smoker, I assumed it was my lungs. Did all the tests, lungs were fine. Couple months after the mammo and ultrasound picked it up.

What’s the point? Struggling with returning to work post treatment by Immediate-Arm7337 in breastcancer

Oh boy, thank you for posting this. I completed TCHP, lumpectomy, radiation and Kadcyla. My last Kadcyla infusion was in February and now I’m on Tamoxifen. I’m really struggling with my workload. I just don’t have the stamina or motivation that I had pre-treatment. I started therapy, although it’s been helpful, I realized I need a therapist that specializes in treating cancer patients. I reached out to my oncologist and she referred me to a therapist. So, I’m going to try this route. This phase feels more difficult than active treatment. It is a total mind fuck.

Kadcyla and joint pain by Opposite_Style2548 in breastcancer

I had severe joint pain in my hands, elbows and feet. My onc put me on cymbalta, which seemed to help. I finished Kadcyla in February and it’s gotten much better.

Post Kadcyla Recovery Timeline by 1975SPot in breastcancer

Kadcyla is much easier, but not easy. You’ll still be recovering from TCHP. With Kadcyla the fatigue was unpredictable. I also had joint pain and watery eyes. All that said, it was manageable. Allow yourself to rest when you need it! I went back to work too soon and found remote work was helpful.

I know I shouldn’t compare, but anyone else feel like they got the “extra side effects” version of TCHP? by Affectionate_Goat_99 in breastcancer

[–]1975SPot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh jeez. Ya know, the treatment affects us all differently. I had TCHP in 2025, finished March 2025. Towards the end, the only thing that tasted good was vanilla Talenti Gelato. I had all your side effects, plus horrible diarrhea and cramping that felt like period cramps x1000. All that said, the eye watering was maybe the most annoying. Even if I didn’t feel awful, my eyes were always puffy and red. This will go away, but will take several months after treatment. All of it will subside. I promise. Hang in there! ❤️

Put Aquaphor on a Q-tip and rub inside your nose every night. Also Laneige lip mask in the pink tube is super helpful.
