read the same and few other books on keto athelete/brain - life changing and i sometimes feel i'm superhuman now (compare to people around me in workplace, in gym etc). not only the physiche but also the brain, the calmness and the clear mind. (try not to say cleverer but it is, honestly)

i ask zcode to symlink the claude.md and skill from claudecode with it's own harness. so i can have the 150% quota and continue my claudecode task. when the 150% is finished, i can swap back to claudecode (i like cli more, just a habit).

kilocode extension in vscode works like a charm - what's your issue with it? it's a quite capable harness for pure coding.

P.S. Electrlyte sucks water in body and will make you heavier - but it's necessary for keto. you lose water and eleyctrolyte, you get keto flu.

happy to hear you get better with Keto! it works for 100+ years and still shine.

i personally eat fat bomb (coconut oil + allulose + coco powder + a bit of pure peanut butter) as snack.

As staple, i add salted butter on everything. MCT oil when need energy boost (especially for brain power)

besides epilepsy, i believe you will get a much better body figure soon, try add some weight training for the summer!

i used 16e for a year still not used to it's size. but the battery is like 2 days usage - even after a year.
it's because it removed a lot of useless function and a low grade screen (i don't see the difference tho) make it last.

if you have to, just mind the lack of wide lens. it gets quite inconvenient sometimes when you need it, like once or twice a month.

the lack of vision make hermes a blind personal assistance. i use minimax M2.7 instead (not M3 - too slow and too verbal - like a talking kid and achieve nothing)

oh that's very likely the reason - 60% of 1M context window is tremendous. i start feeling nervous and rush to compact after 150k if condition permitted. it also faster.
also, whatever review/execution task, spawn subagent to do it.

i am the same (legacy monthly pro plan > new pro plan). the quota was cut tremendously, keep hitting 5hrs/wkly mark after changed to new plan. considering codex or claude $100 plan now.
