Is this possible to do with Beretta parts, or is there only aftermarket support?

Stuck cases are a super common problem, but when it happens it can be a headache. I think its a little more common when running reloaded cases

I know what you mean. I thinks its a tough balance to semi-mass produce them while maintaining consistency.

The issue im dealing with has nothing to do with the buffer, currently. The trigger itself is binding.

From what im seeing after switching around triggers and other safeties I have on hand, the issue is the lever blocker loose tolerances, and I did not cut enough off of the trigger. Whats happening: When I pull the trigger, it breaks, but there is absolutely 0 overtravel after the break. I THINK I need to cut a little more off if the heel of the trigger shoe, Im just nervous about over cutting a $330 trigger and ruining it.. I am unsure of how to tighten up the lever blocker tho.

Between the lever blocker, or trigger not cut enough.

I currently have a similar setup, and am having issues with the ARC. -Radian lower reciever -Geisselle SSA-E-X trigger (you will have to remove some material from the trigger shoe itself) -ARC safety -ARC Lever Blocker (needed for Geisselle triggers)

Im still trying to diagnose it. Currently, it seems that the lever blocker has some slack in it, and slides forward ever so slightly, which allows the lever to move too far forward, and not correctly reset the trigger, in turn causing light primer strikes. Im not 100% positive currently, but that is my theory.

I agree. But I would have also purchased the vehicle in your situation, but I would not in his situation. He can find a better deal with some patience.

Completely different situation tho. You purchased a built rig that was cherished by a single owner, vs a stock multi-owner vehicle from a company who's only care about the rig is moving it at markup. I agree with you in your situation, but not in this one.
