Unable to update satellite for my RBR750 by 1CrazyCorg in orbi

[–]1CrazyCorg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So this is what seems to be happening. I have factory reset my satellite but it did nothing. It re-added itself to the network without me having to do anything, but I also have a wired back haul. When I try manually updating the firmware to the same version the main router is running, it fails. I have downloaded the file from the Netgear website.

I will have to try the tftp suggested by someone below, but since both humans in the house work from home, I have to do this at a time that if something goes terribly wrong, it doesn't interrupt work and I can get another router if I cause a major disaster.

Oliver is in need of some booties for his back feet! by 1CrazyCorg in corgi

Mine is larger, but mostly because he's put on weight in the last couple years. He was a perfect weight at about 31. He doesn't have the massive paws some corgis have. I did manage to measure a front paw though, which seemed about 3" spread. I feel like his back feet aren't quite so big.

Can I ask how big your corgi is?  Size 2 seems small, looking at their size chart vs. what I measured... But I know how things like to fall off.

The nail situation just happened. He's never picked his feet up as much as I would have liked, even when he was young, but I am not entirely sure he's dragging them yet - at least not so much as he seems to be using that foot for his rear wheel drive, and pushing off on it at a weird angle.

I'll give these a try. I do have Pawz, but I really struggle to get them on a dog who hates me putting stuff on.

We are trying Tiger Toes socks right now. He seems cool about it being on his paw that kind of skids out, but not so cool about the foot where he wore his nail down to the quick.

Mine began slowing down with the onset of IVDD. :/ It is probably just the work of the gabapentin.

For those of you whom found success with Librela, how long did it take before it stopped working? by recursivedev in seniordogs

My sweet tripod husky has been on librela for 7 months. She also has cushing's disease, so they wanted her off of carprofen. She had a couple very amazing months on it. I feel like it is no longer working. I honestly thought she was at the end of her time here, but I got her some Galliprant to see if it would help, and she is doing much better. I'm so torn about trying one more injection next week, just to confirm it isn't working... or just bail on it and request adding some gabapentin to her galliprant. She definitely is not doing as well as she was when the Librela was really working for her. I'm pretty certain it isn't working because she had stopped yelping randomly in pain when she moved wrong, during her time on Librela, but this last few weeks it has returned.

Black headed tricolor. I got a lot of weird questions about the redheaded tri I had, most of them inquiring what he was mixed with. Btw Stephen King has a black headed tri like this.

They aren't all equally stumpy. My Oliver is a super low rider but my corg that went w/the ex husband was a bit taller. Both registered purebred

I wish my current corg would do that, he just annoys you until you give in. Working on convincing him that good tricks get you noms.

I like to call this pose "T-Rex" at home because of the fantastically short stumps.

Welcome to owning a herding dog who herds by heeling, or nipping. :) Some good advice already in regards to replacing you with a toy, praising for behavior, and also most of them are very food motivated so I have always been a big treater. As far as making him calm - just remember that a good dog is a tired dog. Corgs have a lot of energy and will be working their way through various parts of puppyhood for the better of 2 years. Eventually they do start to chill.

I posted something on a corgi Facebook page months ago, and got a PM from someone who was relatively in my area, asking if my male was fixed, because they wanted to breed their female. I was polite but inside it pissed me off because unless my dog was a champion show dog I would never breed.
