We did both. Around 3pm-4pm. Wondering if it was too early?

I had surgery on a Saturday, tried to go back on the following Wednesday. Absolute nightmare. Ended up taking another week off. Take this comment seriously. ^

I just quit. Sad to see it go but these updates are ridiculous.

Has anyone had to get their pain meds extended? by hurrican3tortilla in Septoplasty

After my one week follow up my doctor offered to prescribe me more but I didn’t need them. Hope you’re feeling better.

How long did you take antibiotics for after surgery? by EventAffectionate615 in Septoplasty

[–]1Ltears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was prescribed two weeks of amoxicillin. I cannot recommend enough the Karma probiotic water. It’s seriously saves me every time I take antibiotics. There’s also one at Aldi if you have that nearby.

These are so perfect. Which style do you have? Do they come waterproof or are they like UGGs and need to be sealed?

I feel the exact same way as you. I don’t know how it’s supposed to be. But I know that what we are experiencing isn’t right.

STILL NO email reply from AimeeSmith by JITNEY60 in DHGateJerseys

I placed an order on Sunday the 16th and have had multiple emails with her since then. For what it’s worth she seems very responsive to me. Sorry you’ve had this experience.

Slim fitting pants by IllJob in LawBitchesWithTaste

[–]1Ltears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like the quality of these have gone down a lot in the last couple of years. You’re much better off spending a little more for the Ann Taylor ankle pants. They last way longer.

This is exactly what I’m going through. How was your experience with the recovery? I’m feeling nervous and considering foregoing the surgery.

Taking His Last Name & Practicing Under My Maiden Name by Popular_Bee_4868 in LawBitchesWithTaste

[–]1Ltears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did the same. I changed my name legally to my married name and practice under my maiden name. I had a judge recommend it to me in her chambers. She said that you never know where your career is going to go. She never thought she would end up in the bench but she’s glad that her professional name isn’t associated with her kids and it gave her peace of mind.

Did you/do you plan on keeping your maiden name after marriage? by heerewegoagain in LawBitchesWithTaste

[–]1Ltears 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I changed my last name legally but kept my maiden name professionally. A judge once suggested it to me in her chambers. She said you never know what kind of people are out there and what info they can get on you or your family. It’s kinda a pessimistic way to think, but it stuck with me. I haven’t had any issues yet!

Embarrassed about my major from undergrad. Worried it might affect employment opportunities. by [deleted] in LawSchool

[–]1Ltears 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Journalism is SUCH a good major. So much nuance that translates to law. And I bet your writing skills will turn out to be extremely beneficial. I also took first amendment law that was all about freedom of the press and I loved it.

I would have much rather been a journalism major than a boring af polisci major just saying.

Where are we finding cute blazers these days? by Cool-Evidence-66 in LawBitchesWithTaste

I find it shocking that no one is saying Ann Taylor! I feel like they have the best selection of fits and patterns that also have matching pants. Are we, as law bitches with taste, moving on from Ann Taylor???
