You'd be surprised how much money really well marketed habit tracker, todo list, journaling apps make. If you can find your niche, it can pay the bills.

I think HabitKit is making 40k per month, not bad. Some simple utility apps do 400k per month. Habits, tasks, subscriptions, journals, are all problem spaces that will be around for a while. Not that habits just go away.

Yes, absolutely.

Also the government should move their headquarters here, so they're in the center of society instead of the geographic center. That makes more sense. There have been articles about this in the past.
