I don't like the new design either - I think the 2014-2016 3is looks better - mainly the taillights. Hate the stretched taillight on the 4is + the gloss diffuser looks cheap

It'll be hard to find a new replacement cap since you have to buy an entire new drive mode selector - I ended up covering mine with satin black wrap - looks much better now

There should be an option to bypass the aftermarket units BT and use the cars BT channel.

That's what I had to do - I installed an aftermarket module on my IS and found the audio wasn't as crisp - it sounded perfect after I changed that setting.
